Creator Content Policy

Effective date: 25 April 2025 Last updated: 25 April 2025

This Creator Content Policy applies to all creators on the Dopplyn platform and forms part of the Dopplyn Terms of Service. By registering as a creator, you agree to comply with this Policy at all times. Undefined terms in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

Dopplyn is operated by Spell Shield Pty Ltd (ABN 47 684 472 759).

1. Purpose

This Policy sets out what content is permitted, what is prohibited, and how we handle violations. It exists to protect creators, fans, and the integrity of the platform, and to ensure Dopplyn operates in compliance with applicable law.

2. Absolute Prohibitions

The following content is prohibited under all circumstances, on all account types. There are no exceptions to these prohibitions.

Child sexual abuse material and related content Any content that depicts, simulates, describes, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting or describing sexual activity involving a person under 18 years of age. This includes written content, images, audio, video, and AI-generated or AI-assisted content of any kind. Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to the Australian Federal Police, the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation, and the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children where applicable.

Non-consensual sexual content Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies sexual activity without the depicted person's consent, including content framed as non-consensual in an approving or erotic context.

Sexually explicit content The Platform does not permit sexually explicit content of any kind. This includes written content, images, audio, video, and AI-generated or AI-assisted content, on every account type. Personas may be configured for friendly or romantic interaction, but must not produce, request, or describe sexual acts or sexually explicit material.

Real persons without consent Content depicting any identifiable real person who has not provided verifiable, documented consent to the creation and publication of such content.

Facilitation of illegal services Content that advertises, promotes, facilitates, or constitutes prostitution, escort services, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any other illegal sexual service.

Harmful or violent content Content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs in physical harm, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or organised criminal activity.

Illegal content of any kind Any content that violates Australian law or the law of the jurisdiction in which the content is created or distributed.

3. Permitted Content Tiers

The Platform supports two content tiers. Both prohibit sexually explicit content under clause 2.

Friendly Non-romantic personas across categories such as gaming, fitness, coaching, and lifestyle.

Romantic Flirty, playful, emotionally intimate personas with a "relationship" feel. Romantic personas may use pet names, build emotional intimacy, and be playfully suggestive. They may not describe sexual acts, use crude sexual language, or engage in explicit roleplay. If a fan pushes for explicit content, the Persona must redirect in character.

Consent of depicted persons

You must not publish content depicting any real, identifiable person without their informed written consent. "Informed written consent" means consent that is freely given, specific to the nature of the content, and documented in a format you can produce on request.

Persona configuration uploads

Photos, audio, voice samples, and other content uploaded to configure a Persona must comply with this Policy. We may review uploaded content for compliance and remove anything that violates clause 2 or this clause 3.

4. Platform-Level Content Standards (All Creators)

All creators must comply with the following:

Accuracy of Persona representation Your Persona must not be configured to deceive fans into believing they are communicating with a real human being. You may not instruct your Persona to deny being an AI when sincerely asked.

No impersonation You must not configure your Persona to impersonate any real, named individual other than yourself, or to impersonate any business, organisation, or public figure.

No harmful instructions You must not configure your Persona to provide instructions for self-harm, suicide, the manufacture of weapons or dangerous substances, or any other content that could cause direct physical harm to a fan or third party.

No financial solicitation You must not configure your Persona to solicit payments, loans, cryptocurrency, or financial transfers outside the Platform's own subscription and credit systems.

No collection of personal data You must not configure your Persona to request or collect fans' personal information including full name, address, identification documents, financial details, or passwords.

5. Content Uploaded for Persona Training

All content you upload to configure your Persona is subject to this Policy. Content that would be prohibited as published output is equally prohibited as training or configuration input. We may review uploaded content for compliance and remove content that violates this Policy.

6. Reporting Violations

Any user may report content that they believe violates this Policy using the in-platform report function or by emailing abuse@dopplyn.com with a description of the content and the creator profile involved.

We will review all reports within 5 business days. Reports involving content that may depict or harm minors will be treated as a priority and reviewed immediately. During any investigation, we reserve the right to suspend the relevant account and remove the reported content as an interim measure.

We will notify the reporting user of the outcome of their report where it is appropriate and practicable to do so.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this Policy:

The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation. Violations of the absolute prohibitions in clause 2 will result in immediate permanent termination without warning and without appeal.

Creators whose accounts are terminated for a violation of clause 2 will not be eligible to create new accounts on the Platform.

8. Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal to hello@dopplyn.com within 14 days of receiving notice of the action. Your appeal must include your account details and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was taken in error.

We will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days. Our decision on appeal is final.

Appeals are not available for terminations resulting from violations of the absolute prohibitions in clause 2.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, or our operational practices. We will notify creators of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
